Custom software that replaces manual, people-heavy processes. We've taken invoicing cycles from 3 weeks to 30 minutes — and helped a 23-person operation run with 5 while capacity grew 150%.

The four problems we get called about.
If you recognize your company in any of these, a 15-minute call will tell you whether software can fix it.
Everything lives in spreadsheets
Critical operations run on files people email back and forth. Nobody's sure which version is current, and one wrong cell goes unnoticed for weeks.
One system, with permissions, history, and a record of who changed what.
Your systems don't talk to each other
Your accounting, field, and sales tools each hold part of the truth. Someone re-types the same data into all three.
We connect what you already use — no need to replace everything.
Approvals and paperwork slow everything down
Orders, invoices, or work permits wait on someone to review a PDF and reply to an email chain.
Automated flows with clear approvals — fast where it's routine, controlled where it matters.
You're deciding without current numbers
By the time a report is assembled by hand, the operation has already moved on.
Live dashboards built on the data your operation already produces.
Custom software that automates operations.
We build systems that replace manual, people-heavy processes. The software runs your operations — so you don't have to hire more people to scale.
Operations Software
Custom systems built around how your business actually runs — not generic off-the-shelf tools. From internal platforms to full automation pipelines, we ship software that handles the work your team was doing manually.
UX/UI Design
Interfaces your team actually adopts. Design systems, prototypes, and production-ready screens built so the software gets used — not worked around.
AI-Powered Automation
We embed AI where it drives real operational efficiency: automated document handling, intelligent routing, predictive workflows. Fewer manual steps — not just a chatbot.
Cloud & DevOps
Scalable infrastructure that grows with you. CI/CD pipelines, containerization, monitoring, and cost-optimized cloud architecture.
We've built for operations like yours.

On-site when it matters
We travel to client operations across West Texas and southeast New Mexico — Odessa, Midland, Lubbock, Roswell, Carlsbad, Kermit, Monahans and points between. For larger engagements we also work on-site in Dallas, San Antonio, El Paso, Denver and Arizona.
From bottleneck to automated in 3 steps.
Discovery
We map your operational bottlenecks, current tools, and constraints. You get a clear automation roadmap before a single line of code is written.
Build
Senior engineers work in your timezone. Tangible deliverables every two weeks — you see the system taking shape, not a black box.
Deploy & Optimize
The system goes live and the manual work stops. We stay as a long-term partner — maintaining the system and expanding automation as your operation grows.
Results, not promises.
Codeshore built the software that took us from 23 people managing our fleet to 5 — while we grew capacity by 150%. Operations that used to require a full team now run automatically.

Our invoicing process went from 3 weeks and 20 people to 30 minutes. We eliminated over $50,000 in billing errors annually. We didn't hire anyone — we just got the right software.

What clients ask before they hire us.
No forms required to get these answers.
Do we own the code?
Yes — when we build custom software for you, the code and the intellectual property are yours, delivered in your own repository. The exception is our own SaaS products, which we license rather than transfer.
What happens after launch? Do you maintain it?
Every project includes a 3-month warranty. After that you can keep us on a monthly support plan, or handle things per-incident — we quote each one before doing the work. You're never locked in.
Do I have to replace the systems I already use?
Usually not. We build around your existing systems and embed them into the new one. We only recommend replacing something when you don't own it and we find serious security exposure, or when rescuing a module built on deprecated technology costs more time and money than replacing it. Either way, the decision is always yours.
How small a project do you take?
Websites start around $1,000 USD. Custom software projects start around $5,000 USD. If your idea is smaller than that, we'll tell you honestly on the call instead of stretching the scope.
How do you charge?
Fixed price per project, split into milestones — typically 50/50 or 40/30/30. You know the total before we start, and each payment is tied to a delivery you can see.
What happens after I contact you?
Three steps. First, a requirements analysis so we understand the process, not just the request. Second, a formal proposal with scope, cost, and timeline. If you accept, we complete the detailed analysis and move into design.
Will you sign an NDA? Can you meet our security requirements?
Yes to both. We sign NDAs as standard practice and we work within the security and compliance requirements our industrial and enterprise clients operate under.
Tell us what you're automating.
15 minutes is enough for us to tell you if we can help — and what it would cost.
