Custom Software Development

Three problems. Three systems. Real numbers.

Not a pitch deck. Actual operations we've automated — what the process looked like, what changed, and what it cost. If you're evaluating whether we can solve your problem, start here.

Before the software

What the operations looked like before we built the systems.

Two companies. Two completely different problems. Both had one thing in common: they were scaling headcount instead of software.

Logistics company
Before

23 people to run a fleet of 50 trucks. Scheduling, dispatch, and reporting done manually across spreadsheets.

After

5 people run a fleet that grew to 75+ trucks. Fully automated dispatch, tracking, and reporting. 78% headcount reduction.

Oilfield services firm
Before

20 people, 3-week billing cycle. Manual translation, approvals, and invoicing. $50,000/year in billing errors.

After

1 person. 30-minute cycle. Near-zero errors. $50k in annual losses eliminated.

The companies we've worked with didn't think of custom software as a cost. They thought of it as infrastructure — the same way you think of a truck fleet or a warehouse. Once it's built, it works for you 24/7.

Real results

The systems we built — and what happened after.

Logistics & Transport
23 → 5
people to run the operation

Fleet grew 150% while the team shrank 78%.

A logistics company had 23 people managing a fleet of 50 trucks. We built custom automation software and a mobile app. Today, 5 people run a larger operation.

Oilfield Services
3 weeks → 30 min
ticket-to-invoice cycle

$50,000 in billing errors eliminated.

A field services company had a 20-person, 3-week billing cycle riddled with $50k/year in manual errors. We replaced it with an automated ticket-to-invoice system with real-time dashboards.

B2B Contracts
Won contracts
they shouldn't have

Professionalism became a competitive moat.

A company bidding against larger competitors kept losing. We rebuilt their proposal and digital presence. Decision-makers picked them consistently — because they looked like the most credible option in the room.

How we work

No black box. Full visibility at every step.

01

Discovery call

We map your current process, identify the biggest bottlenecks, and define what automation will have the highest ROI.

02

Sprint planning

We break the project into 2-week sprints with concrete deliverables. You see working software — not promises — every two weeks.

03

Build & iterate

Senior dev + PM + QA working in sync. You have a direct line to the team. No middlemen, no status-update theater.

04

Launch & scale

We deploy, monitor, and stay on. Most clients keep the team running — because software that works needs to keep evolving.

How we de-risk it

You approve the plan before the build starts.

We don't ask you to commit to a whole build on day one. First we run a requirements analysis and hand you a formal proposal with scope, cost and timeline. If the plan doesn't convince you, you stop there. If it does, payment is split into milestones — typically 50/50 or 40/30/30 — and each one is tied to a delivery you can see.

You know the total before we start. No open-ended monthly billing, no surprise invoices.

Tell us what you're automating.

15 minutes is enough for us to tell you if we can help and what it would cost.

No commitment. We'll tell you honestly if we're the right fit.
